Wynard Primary School was a new construction building of 2450sqm in size.

The lean design of the building surpassed building regulations by over 20% without the need for renewables.

We were appointed from the project inception to carry out the design and gain sign off by the DFE.

We then novated to the contractor for to Stage 4 detailed design.
