A new build secondary school located in Teddington, West London.

The new building supports a class entry of 5FE and encompasses approximately 8200m2 of new teaching space.

The new school encompasses the following teaching spaces;

• General Teaching Classrooms
• Science Laboratories
• Activities Studio
• Design and Technology Rooms
• Drama
• IT Suite
• Learning Resource Centre
• Sports Hall

CGP MEP provided the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for the design and build contractor and completed using Revit MEP to BIM Level 2.

The scheme had to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating on completion, so CGP MEP also provided energy advise and modelling for the detailed design stage to ensure compliance with the regulations including Part L2a and TM52 and completed the SBEM and EPC assessments.
