The Valentine, Gants Hill

Gants Hill will be a purpose-built student accommodation development with 321 student accommodation units in a T shaped block. It will range in height from 3 storeys to 10 storeys and will include 269m² of flexible communal space.

The scheme is located just 30m away from Gants Hill Tube Station and is estimated to have a total construction programme of 9 months.

CGP MEP are providing mechanical, electrical, and public health design services through RIBA Stage 4 – 7 for our Client RED Group.

Working closely with the main contractor (TIDE) and Architects HTA, CGP MEP are detailing the employer’s requirements to enable the RED team to install.

We are also supporting RED on site through to the successful completion and hand over of the project.
