Romford Stadium

This project provides a newly refurbished Millennium Stand to the existing Romford Stadium.

The existing Millennium Stand was in an almost unusable state. Asbestos was removed and all the Mechanical and Electrical services and systems either stripped out completely or cut back to source.

The existing Main Stand on the site has been demolished to make way for new car parking facilities and temporary hospitality facilities added to cater for spectators during the refurbishment works.

New building services were provided to the Millennium Stand that include new LED lighting throughout with smart controls that allow the Millennium Stand to interact with the start of a race and track lighting to create a fascinating spectator experience.

New ventilation systems with heat recovery have also been provided that work with a combined heating and cooling VRF system.
