LCP Burntwood

Chase Trade Park is a £5m development of a derelict 3-acre site located adjacent to Burntwood Park Zone 3.

This 10-unit, 51,000 sq ft park includes solar-powered estate lighting and a landscaping provision focused on encouraging new wildlife habitats. It also includes 81 parking spaces, 10 electric charging points, 10 cycle hoops and an additional 11 accessible parking spaces.

Each unit has a steel portal frame construction and eaves height of between six and eight metres. They each include LED lighting, full-height electric roller shutter doors and insulated profiled steel-cladded roofs with roof lights.

CGP were responsible for the MEP performance design including utility applications, initial energy modelling, and then monitoring duties for the duration on site.
