Barry Veterinary Centre

Barry Vetinary Centre is an RCVS accredited, small animal veterinary practice located in Barry, offering diagnostic facilities including a state of the art digital X-ray machine, dental x-rays and ultrasound.

The project was for a performance design with the conversion of an industrial unit into a vets practice, incorporating 3No Consulting rooms and 2No operating theatres.

GCP|MEP Ltd were commissioned to undertake the performance design and then on-going monitoring and site inspections for the fit-out, including new VRF heating and cooling installation, domestic water services, drainage, small power and data, fire alarm and lighting as well as upgrading the infrastructure to support the new development.
