A full refurbishment of an existing 8 storey office building in the centre of Manchester to provide executive office space for incoming tenants.

CGP MEP were initially appointed to complete the Cat A fit-out design of the services for the mechanical and electrical contractors, however following the successful handover of the project the team were retained to complete the design and installation of the Cat B requirements.
