Avon Warehouse, Corby

A 7,500m² extension to the existing facility providing additional warehouse and racking facilities.

The extension was complete with an integral 2 storey block, careful consideration had to be given to the services design to ensure it was fully coordinated with, not only the spatial arrangements of the spaces, but also that it didn’t impact on any operational requirements within the space.

CGP MEP completed the Stage 4 Design for the mechanical services contractor.
