Job Title:	Senior Revit Coordinator
Reporting to:	BIM Associate

Job Summary

As a Senior Revit Coordinator you will be an integral part of the design process ensuring that fully coordinated models are produced in line with the project deliverables and programme requirements.

You will be responsible for the entirety of the model, including coordination, clash detection reports, drawing sheets and exporting of models for issue.

You will work closely with our CAD / REVIT team to ensure overall project requirements are achieved.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Your primary roles and responsibilities as a Senior Revit Coordinator with CGP | MEP Ltd will include:

REVIT modelling and coordination for mechanical and electrical engineering services
Ensuring model compliance and quality requirements are achieved
Ensuring compliance with the project BEP is achieved
Ensuring compliance with the project Cobie deliverables is achieved
As required, provide CAD support for mechanical and electrical engineering services
Liaise regularly with the BIM Manager, Associates and Directors and staff to ensure project and business requirements are achieved
Develop junior members of staff

Skills & Experiences:

Your skills and experience of Revit will include:

Extensive experience and knowledge of the software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and team relationships, with proven Lead Revit Coordinator experience
Commitment to upholding industry standards and company values
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, specifically Revit and NAVISWORKS
Experience working with different LOD models and experience in producing Cobie outputs in line with Clients’ BIM execution plans
Experience working to strict deadlines with the ability to organise a team’s workflow
